That’s what I call Rainbow Mindset.
The space between black and white is actually where all possibilities live — solutions you haven’t considered yet, small adjustments that can completely change how your day feels.
A Real Example
There was a time in my life when everything felt maxed out.
I had a three-hour daily commute, a toddler, a growing team, and I was writing and publishing my book at the same time.
Every morning felt like a race.
Daycare opened at 8:00. My bus left at 8:02. If anything went wrong, I missed the bus — and my entire day started in stress.
I was constantly rushing, anxious, and exhausted.
Until I stopped accepting it as “fixed.”
 Instead of thinking in black and white, I asked:
“What can I shift?”
I asked daycare if they could open 10 minutes earlier. I offered to pay a little extra. They said yes.
That one change completely transformed my mornings.
Then I went a step further — I caught the bus two stops earlier so I could sit down… and even started meditating on my commute.
That’s the power of Rainbow Mindset.
Not accepting things as they are — but looking for what’s possible.
How to Apply This to Your Life
Now it’s your turn.
 Look at your day and ask:
1)Â Where does your day feel the most stressful?
2)Â Where do you feel rushed, stuck, or overwhelmed?
Then ask:
👉 What could shift — even slightly?
Some ideas:

Shorten meetings by 10–15 minutes

Build in a 5-minute reset between tasks

Take a short walk in the afternoon

Actually sit down and eat lunch

Create a small buffer before your next commitment
It doesn’t have to be a big change.
Small, intentional shifts create real freedom.
