BLOOM Tapping Script (Use Any Time You Feel Overwhelmed)

Say each line while tapping gently through the points.

Karate Chop:   Even though I’m stressed out about _________ , I choose to relax now.
Karate Chop:   Even though I can’t stop thinking about _________ , I deeply and completely accept myself.
Karate Chop:   Even though I’m really worried about _________ , I choose to feel safe now.


Eyebrow:   I’m so stressed out about this...I need to worry about these problems.
Side of Eye:   If I don’t worry about these problems, who will?...It’s not right and it feels unfair to me.
Under Eye:   All these problems that are taxing my nervous system....I have to worry.
Under Nose:   I'm stressed out...All this stress.
Chin:  All this worry...Nothing will change unless I worry.
Collarbone:   Nothing will change unless I stress.
Under Arm:   All this anxiety...About this problem.
Top of Head:   And about how it’s affecting my entire being right now...and my life.


Eyebrow:    But, I choose to relax now . . . because I can always make a new choice.
Side of Eye:    I choose to let go . . . because it’s not mine to hold.
Under Eye:    I can relax and still effect change . . . in the ways that I do.
Under Nose:   I can let go of these negative emotions . . .
Chin:    And still care . . . because I always do.
Collarbone:    I don’t have to be stressed out to care . . . I can do it with ease.
Under Arm:    I don’t have to be stressed out to effect change . . . I change all the time.
Top of Head:    I am letting it all go now . . . Letting it all go . . . It’s gonna be good . . . Good things are ahead for me!
